The Sutton - 102 Bradhurst Avenue
The Sutton is a relatively new cooperative building built as part of the Bradhurst Renewal Plan. Located directly across from Jackie Robinson Park near the 145th street corridor, the building was completed in 2007.
The building has 134 apartments on 11 floors. The location is conveniently close to the A and D express trains, as well as the B and C local trains. Also nearby is the 3 express train.
Jackie Robinson park, directly across the street, features an amphitheater, playground, pool, and community center.
